★ About wholesale:
Most of our products support mixed batches; but a small number of goods do not. For those with large quantities; we will send them to the logistics department. After placing an order; we will contact the customer service department to calculate the logistics freight and then make the payment. The unit price of the product is the ex factory price excluding tax. We can issue a VAT ordinary invoice and charge 6% of the invoiced amount
★ About distribution:
As ceramic products are fragile products; the preparation and packaging processes are relatively complex. Therefore; small goods are generally delivered within 48 hours; and large goods in principle do not exceed 72 hours. In case of special circumstances; we will contact you
★ About packaging:
All the commodities without special marks are simply packaged. For the safety of ceramic products during transportation; the large and small commodities need to be charged with a wooden frame fee when they are delivered (no wooden frame is used; the product is damaged; and no compensation is guaranteed). Except for the direct line; the wooden frame fee is 20 yuan/piece. Please consult customer service for details
★ About logistics:
When shipping; we will ship the goods at the address submitted in your order. If you need to change the address; if it is not stated before shipping; you should bear the expenses incurred from the wrong location
In order to reduce your freight costs; we will choose the most appropriate and preferential transportation method to reach the destination according to the number of products you ordered; the size of the package; the actual weight and other factors

Logistics timeliness:
